Commuting is exercise?


I walk, ride a bicycle and take a sauna bath (?) almost every day. I think commuting is exercise. In the morning I wake up early and go to the station by bicycle. Then I get on a train which is so hot like a sauna bath in summer. I get off it, then take a bus but I haven’t lost weight. Why I can’t lose weight? I’m sure that commuting is excessive excise. I feel stress everyday, so I carelessly eat too much. I have to do another exercise. For example soccer, basketball and basketball are great. It is important to enjoy and not to feel stress.

Excessive Diet


I thought that the people should exercise if they want to lose their weight and the person who didn’t do that were dull. Recently I found it misunderstanding, for I often neglect to diet myself because of stress which causes overweight. Then, we tend to rely on easy and fast ways, supplement and eating and throwing up. Excessive diet causes a serious problem so I think health is essential for diet. When we want to diet, we usually search the ways first of all. However, I recommend that you should know experiences of people who have dieted. I'm sure that they guide you to correct way.
